7 day minimum stay for 8 persons is $1975/week, $800 damage deposit, 50% deposit required with remainder due 30 days prior to arrival, for cancellations 60 days prior to arrival 50% of deposit will be refunded. No refunds less than 60 days before arrival. $100 cleaning fee.
