3 night minimum stay @ $450/night; 7 nights @ $1975. $200 damage/reservation deposit required 7 days after booking. This deposit is not applied toward the rent and is refundable 14 days after departure. An advance payment equal to 50% of rental rate is required 60 days before arrival.

Payments can be made by personal check, money orders or cashiers check. A 60 day notice is required for cancellation. If made within 60 days of arrival date the full damage/reservation deposit and advance payment is forfeited.
